After you have an ID (or a comet), you need a process that never quite sleeps. Three common docks:

Command line. The honest path. Unix-like host, a few commands, a pier directory that is the whole bird. Best for people who already ssh in their sleep.

Home hardware. Native Planet devices ship with Groundseg so you are not writing systemd poetry at midnight. Local disks, optional remote access.

Cloud. A VPS solves DNS and power. You still run the runtime. You still hold the keys. Read the cloud hosting guide before you get clever with firewalls.
